Problems: Not very stable! Automatic Boot Sequence during working with Outlook, Adobe Photoshop or some PC Games. I have heard that Intel and Creative have Problems with the combination of Soundcard Audigy 2 and the latest PIV Processor with activating Hyper Threading... ??? Any solutions?? When I want to watch DVDs or play music, I disable the onboard in Device manager, enable the Audigy 2 in device manager, and away I go. Perfect solution. Don't use the Audigy 2 for games, however, It even managed to slow down CFS2 to the point it was nearly unplayable, even with AMD 3000+, 1gig ram, GeForce4 ti4200

Have you tried pulling the other cards from the system (audigy 2, WinTV, Modem) and disconnecting the second hard drive? If it is power, than removing all those should give enough power 'back' to fix it, shouldn't it? Obviously not a permanent solution, but it would confirm that power is the issue.
